What can I expect from my first session?The first FREE session is a chance to really get to know you. I will ask you a series of subjective and objective questions to learn more about you, your health and goals. You'll sign a health questionnaire and I'll run you through a quick fitness assessment to establish a baseline from where we can start your fitness program.

Will one session make a difference?Like any fitness regiment, consistency and commitment is key to success! But with that said, depending on your goals, you may able to walk out of our first session with some valuable tools that you can use at home to help whatever condition you're in. Self motivation is valuable whether you do it on your own or need support.

Who do you train?Although my speciality is postpartum, I train all genders, fitness-levels and ages! Diverse & Inclusive :)

What equipment do I need to train?None, I'll provide what's needed depending on the setting we'll be training.

What area do we serve?Chagrin Falls and surrounding Cleveland communities. Please ask!

What is your cancellation policy?Life happens! If you do need to cancel, that's ok, but you will need to reschedule that session in the same week or you'll lose it. Why? Consistency and progression are important to get results, which means getting the exercise in when you can.
