I’m Andra — a trainer and coach who knows real strength goes far beyond the weight rack.
For over 25 years, I’ve guided women through every stage of life — from postpartum recovery to midlife changes to building strength in their 30s and beyond.
Along the way, I’ve specialized in pelvic floor health, bone density, and senior fitness — because strength looks different at every age, and every woman deserves to feel capable in her own body.
Clients come to me for muscle, but what they leave with is confidence, resilience, and a renewed belief in themselves. I don’t just design workouts — I create space for transformation.
