I’m Andra — a trainer, coach, and believer that strength changes everything.

After decades in the fitness world — training women in Australia, California, and Ohio — I’ve seen how traditional gym culture often leaves women feeling unseen, pushed too hard, or trapped in “no pain, no gain” thinking.

I believe fitness should never be about shrinking yourself. It’s about taking up space, lifting heavier than you thought possible, and realizing just how strong and capable you truly are.

For over 25 years, I’ve helped women rebuild confidence, energy, and trust in their bodies — without the pressure to perform, hustle, or “push harder” just because someone said so.

I know what it’s like to feel broken down — physically and emotionally. I’ve navigated corporate burnout, launched businesses on two continents, and recovered from a birth injury that taught me how much resilience lives in the body.
