Do you give nutrition advice?

 Yes—simple, realistic guidance. No diets or extremes.

How often should I train?

Most clients train 2–3x per week. We’ll find what works for you.

Can you train around injuries?

Yes. Programs are adjusted for injuries, limitations, and recovery.
