-we’ll talk through what you’re noticing in your body
-I’ll share recommendations based on your goals and lifestyle
-and together we’ll decide whether ongoing training makes sense
If it’s a fit, we move forward intentionally. If it’s not, you still leave stronger, clearer, and more confident than when you started.
